plus the past participle is used to show that the subject caused someone else to perform an action.
Example:
I often
have
my shoes
shined.
He
had
the work
done
by an expert.
Did she
hece
her house
painted
I often
get
my shoes
shined.
He
got the work
done
by an expert.
Did
she
get
her house painted.
